Rumana Mahomed Attorneys Incorporated (Registration No. 2024/500838/21) is a legal and fiduciary practice in Musgrave, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, led by Rumana Mahomed FPSA®, Attorney | Fiduciary Practitioner | Trust Service Provider. We see clients by appointment only.
This notice explains, in plain words, what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What the enquiry form collects
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- The type of matter you choose
- Whether you would like to meet in person or online, and the two dates and times you propose
- The message you write
Please do not send ID numbers, bank details or documents through the form. We will ask for what we need, securely, if you become a client.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is emailed to Rumana Mahomed and to anyone in the practice who helps her arrange consultations. Our website host and email provider store it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to respond and arrange a consultation. If you become a client, your information is kept for as long as the law requires attorneys to keep client records. If you do not, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
